Trinicom Communications is able to support your desktop users via an easy to use remote support utility.  Below you will find links to the utility and instructions on how to use it.

Before using the utility please contact Trinicom Communications support so a technician is ready to help solve your problem.  You can reach our technical support team at (713) 838-0038 or by email at support@trinicom.com.

1.  First click the button to get our remote support software

2.  When prompted to open or save the file select Open. Click "Allow" if prompted.



3.  When the zip file opens double-click Trinicom Remote Support.exe.


4.  If prompted, click run at the security warning.


5.  Double-click on the technicians name when the program starts


Your technician should now be able to control your computer remotely.
